ENVÍOS ESPAÑA
Todos los pedidos que se envíen a España (península) son certificados. ¿Qué significa? Que todos los pedidos tendrán número de seguimiento, es decir, que sabrás en todo momento dónde está tu pedido. Serán enviados con Correos España, y te llegará en un plazo de 48-72h.
*A excepción de Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla y las Canarias que aparte tienes que añadir el anuncio de envío certificado ya que la tarifa es más elevada
Todos vuestros pedidos serán enviados todos los miércoles o jueves. Dependiendo de lo que compres tardará más o menos (por ejemplo si pides productos personalizados).

COSAS IMPORTANTES A TENER EN CUENTA
- NO soy responsable si la dirección usada en el pedido no es correcta.
- NO soy responsable si los productos vienen dañados durante el envío.
- NO soy responsable si el paquete tarda más en llegar o se pierde durante el camino (al ser enviado de manera certificada, ves a tu oficina de correos más cercana y pregunta por ello)
- No voy a reembolsar el dinero ni volver a enviar el pedido otra vez, mira bien que tu dirección sea correcta antes de hacer el pedido.
- Se aceptan cambios y devoluciones después de 15 días al recibir el paquete, solo con fotos demostrando imperfecciones. El pago lo tendrá que efectuar el cliente.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are send it with Correos Spain and you have to ADD to your order the listing TRACKING NUMBER to ship with tracking number (now we can't send it without tracking)
If you don't add the tracking number I will contact to you.
if you live in EE.UU you will have to pay the duties and taxes before hand, I will contact to you for that.
I ship orders each Wednesday or Thursdays, depends of the products you'll buy it will take longer, for example the custom products.
I'm NOT responsible of import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
If you have any problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO TAKE CARE
- Parcels are not tracked. I'll send the package by standard shipping. If you would like to have your order tracked, please contact me first. This will have an extra cost depending on the country.
- I'm NOT responsible if the address you provided is not correct.
- I'm NOT responsible for damaged items during shipping.
- I'm NOT responsible if the package takes more than usual to arrive or gets lost during shipping (because of covid everything takes longer than usual).
- I'm NOT responsible of import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- I won't be able to refund or send the order again. Please, check that your address is correct before placing an order.
- Exchanges and returns are accepted 15 days after receiving the package, only with photos showing imperfections. The customer will be responsible for payment.
